Watch: Tom Brady Fires 25-Yard Bomb To Phillip Dorsett For Patriots’ Second TD

The New England Patriots are playing the Pittsburgh Steelers in the season opener, and it looks like Tomlin’s team doesn’t have much luck. Tom Brady and his teammates are playing an easy game, and the quarterback is using his secret formula. First, it was Josh Gordon, and now we have Phillip Dorsett.

TB12 closed out the Patriots latest drive with four consecutive completions. He had 8 yards to James White, 16 yards to Julian Edelman, 24 yards to Edelman and a 25-yard touchdown to Dorsett.

Kyle Van Noy isn’t playing, but he follows every step his teammates make. He likes Brady’s groove, and we like that, too.

The Patriots have a really strong defense, and their first half was golden. The offense is great, too.

“Yeah, it’s the first time in a long time and he was such a great player for our team,” TB12 said of the offense without his favorite tight end. “I think like any season, things are different and we’re going to have to adjust differently and teams are going to play us differently without him. We’ve seen it even when he’s been on the team.

“The other guys are getting up to speed, Matt [LaCosse]’s done a good job, Ben [Watson]’s done a good job, Stephen Anderson’s done a good job. That’s got to be a position of strength even if it’s not one player but multiple players doing different roles. There were times in my career before that where we had similar approaches. No one’s going to make any excuses for our offense, we’re going to do everything we can to be the best we can be, score every time we touch the ball and the tight end position’s a big part of our offense and those guys are going to have to do a great job for us.”

This game is a piece of cake for the Patriots. Brady faced serious criticism last season, and doubters called him out this offseason. No, he won’t retire, and yes, he will win another Super Bowl. Simple as that. Just take a look at his plays. Amazing!
