Watch: Inside Patriots Locker Room Celebration After Win Over Browns

The New England Patriots celebrated their win over the Cleveland Browns. Patriots locker room celebrations are a big thing. Head coach Bill Belichick had his 300th win in his career. There are several great moments, including the moment Robert Kraft handed Belichick the game ball.

“Sept. 8, 1991 the man on my left came to Foxboro to coach the Cleveland Browns against the New England Patriots. Won his first game as a head coach,” Kraft said. “Twenty-eight years later, he’s coming back to this same location and winning his 300th game. Only the third man in the history of the 100 years of the NFL to do that. I’m happy, as we all are, that 263 of those 300 has been as coach of the New England Patriots and I’m especially happy that 299 was against the New York Jets and 300 against the Cleveland Browns.”

But, the head coach said it was team effort. He credited players for helping him win these many games.

“It’s a privilege to coach this team,” Belichick said. “I’ve been very fortunate. Luckily, I haven’t played in any of those games or that really would have been bad. I’ve coached a lot of great players. I’ve coached a lot of great players on this team, and I really appreciate the way you guys work and pull together and play as a team. That’s why we’re successful. A coach is only as good as his good players. And we’ve got a lot of good players. So, I appreciate you guys. This is really for you. You’ve won those games. You’ve won more of them this year, and the guys that won them in the past. It’s the players who win games. Thank you.”

When it comes to other important moments, we’d mention Joe Thuney and his I’m-little-wet comment. Julian Edelman and Belichick shared a silent embrace, and Mohamed Sanu couldn’t hide his excitement.

We believe the team will release a few more videos of the big celebration. We already have the one of Belichick’s party for his 300th win.

The Pats are off to another win.
