Watch: LeBron Proves Again He’s The Best Passer In The NBA

LeBron James is the best basketball player in the league which makes him the best passer, too.

The Laker advances into his mid-30s, and he keeps getting better. In the past three years, he tried to pass the ball more than he used to in the early beginnings of his career. In his first 12 seasons, LeBron averaged 7.4 assists per game. In the past three years, he put up averages of 8.7, 9.1 and 8.3. What does that say about him?

The king of basketball pulls out crazy dunks, clutch shots and chase-down blocks. Truth is, he is an excellent passer, because he knows the game really well. This magnificent player can predict the plays on the floor before they happen. It’s a gift.

LeBron’s amazing court vision and creativity were well presented during the Lakers’ preseason game against the Golden State Warriors. On the fastbreak in the third quarter, LeBron went for a contested layup but decided to at the top of the jump to pass it to Danny Green for an open three. A no-look pass, ladies and gentleman.

He will help the Lakers win a championship, that’s a true bet. If you ask head coach Steve Kerr, he will say that LeBron and Anthony Davis are offensive monsters.

“The open man is the focal point, quite frankly. We have two offensive monsters, but it’s going to be about the open man. That’s what we have to accomplish. If we’re a team that doesn’t play for each other and doesn’t become a team-first team, we’re going to be limited even with those great offensive talents. We’re going to have the mindset that yes, we’re playing through those guys, but we’re going to attack to draw two and find the open man.

“Getting them to play together and to come together quite frankly… not just to play together. But I love the way the team has been put together by Rob Pelinka. I really do. Obviously, it starts with the two pillars in Anthony and LeBron… just two of the game’s best. And then the surrounding parts… that’s what I’m equally as excited about. You want to put as many shooters around those guys as you can and we have an army of shooters. You want to put lengthy defenders around those guys to make sure that you got a great defense and we have JaVale, Dwight, and obviously AD can do that as well. And then you want to have perimeter defenders, so we have a lot of versatility. I think we have the parts that fit and it’s really going to be about whether we come together and how quickly we come together.”
