Watch: Tom Brady Connects With Dorsett For Amazing 26-Yard TD

The New England Patriots are serious about their game against the New York Jets. They are 17-0 at this point of the game. Quarterback Tom Brady connected with Phillip Dorsett for a magnificent 26-yard touchdown.

Dorsett is of great help for the team despite his injury. The wide receiver missed the game against the New York Giants due to a hamstring injury, but practiced Tuesday, and talked to media members after the practice. When asked if he expects to see some action against the Jets, Dorsett said, “I’ll be fine.”

Dorsett suffered his hamstring injury in the Week 4 game against the Washington Redskins. He had just four days to recover before the game against New York, so the Patriots decided to give him some time off. Dorsett was inactive for the second time he joined New England in 2017.

After playing four snaps in the last two weeks and having some extra days off after Thursday’s game, Dorsett is more than happy to play some serious football.

“It was he good just to get a couple days of rest, but it feels even better to be back playing again,” Dorsett said. “… We’re so trained to be going every day to the point where if we get a day or two days off, it can be too long. Sometimes, it’s like, ‘I want to get back to playing football.’ Especially me — the week I missed, I just want to get to playing. So it definitely feels good to get back out there.”

The receiver was able to catch 15 passes for 197 yards and three touchdowns this season as No.3 receiver for New England.

Many analysts say that the Jets will give the Patriots a serious headache, but they all agree that the Patriots will win this game. Head coach Bill Belichick always has a few plans on his mind, he knows how to pull out a winning formula.

The Patriots may struggle with the Jets and their schemes, but nothing could go wrong for Tom Brady and his teammates. It will be an interesting game, and the Patriots are just warming up.
