Watch: Gronk Rock Out To Good Charlotte In Unorthodox Workout

The New England Patriots are playing their regular season games without Rob Gronkowski. The players miss his energy and great talent. Well, the retired tight end doesn’t leave his former teammates craving for him for too long. Gronk shared a video of his unorthodox workout. He is literally air-guitaring to Good Charlotte’s “Lifestyles of the Rich and the Famous” while doing his workout.

Well, this unorthodox workout served a purpose. Gronk wanted to maintain a high heart rate while doing his routine.

The tight end still talks to his teammates, and he even analyzes their games. Of course, they wish him nothing but the best.

The unorthodox workout will be missed

Tom Brady sure misses his favorite target, but he has one great wish for Gronk.

“The thing for me is he’s happy,” Brady told former teammate Randy Moss. “And honestly, that’s all that I want for him.

“So if happiness to him is playing football one day, then I would love that. If happiness is not, then I would love that too. … It was amazing having him, but I also realize that it was amazing having you (Moss), and it doesn’t last forever. And you love it when you’re together. And when you’re not, you’ll appreciate the memories you had.”

The quarterback said the same thing on “The Greg Hill Show.”

“I love that guy,” Brady said. “I’m so happy that he’s enjoying his time, his life. He seems to really be doing a lot of great things. He knows how I feel about him. I want what’s best for him. He’s the only person that can make those decisions. I don’t lobby for those things.

“I have a great relationship with him. He has given actually a hell of a lot to our team already over the course of a long period of time, and I think people should be very appreciative for what he’s brought to the team and what he’s brought to the region. I think he’s a very special guy. He’s just in a different phase of his life.”

There’s zero possibility that Gronk returns this season. There’s almost no possibility that he returns to the field ever again.
