Report: LeBron Only Needs to Convince One Person He’s Not Washed

LeBron James is the best basketball player to ever walk on planet Earth. His skills are impeccable, and his stats are better than anyone else. LeBron entered his 17th season, and he still has a lot to offer. In other words, he will pass NBA legends in the next few seasons. Is he washed? Of course not, and he is about to prove it.

“Washed King” is the last thing you should use to describe LeBron. Well, the “washed king” is here to prove doubters wrong. Yes, the Los Angeles Lakers missed the playoffs last season because of his injury, but he is back now, and he is stronger than ever. LeBron still has a lot left in the tank, and he is definitely winning a title.

Every analyst would agree that LeBron is far from washed. He averages 26.1 points, 11.1 assists and 8.3 rebounds per game. This is much better than the numbers he had a year ago. The Lakers lost just one game, and it was the season-opener to the Los Angeles Clippers.

Well, does LeBron really need to convince anyone? Who is he trying to convince? According to some sources, LeBron has to convince Anthony Davis. The former Pelican is set to become a free agent this offseason. Will Davis leave the Lakers?

The Lakers will have to invest 35 percent of the camp each into Davis and LeBron. How long will they do this?

LeBron has a defensive rating of 96.4 points per 100 possessions. This is quite well for the Lakers because of their 111.3 offensive rating. Last season, LeBron finished with 107.6 defensive rating and a 109.6 offensive rating.

King James is playing defense at a high level. We haven’t seen him play on this side of the ball with this level of intensity in several seasons. How long will he be able to play at this pace?

In the first seven games last season, LeBron averaged 27.6 points and 9.1 rebounds which is more than he has in 2019-20. His assists were lower (8.3).

He is working really hard, and the results are here.
