Patriots Give Update On Mohamed Sanu’s Status Vs. Cowboys

The New England Patriots will play their Week 12 game against the Dallas Cowboys at Gillette Stadium. It will be a fun game to watch despite the fact that New England listed 12 players questionable. Quarterback Tom Brady is one of them, but he is expected to play. We can’t say the same thing about Mohamed Sanu.

The newly acquired veteran receiver suffered an ankle injury in the Week 11 game against the Philadelphia Eagles. According to reports, Sanu will miss the game against the Cowboys. The Boston Herald’s Karen Guregian confirmed the information.

Sanu didn’t practice with his teammates Wednesday and Thursday. He was limited participant for Friday’s workout.

If Sanu misses this game, Brady will have to play with Julian Edelman, N’Keal Harry, Jakobi Meyers and Phillip Dorsett. Of course, Dorsett was listed as questionable on the injury report after suffering a concussion against Philadelphia. He converted Edelman’s touchdown pass into a score, but suffered a concussion as a “reward.” Dorsett didn’t practice with his teammates Wednesday, and was listed as limited participant in Thursday and Friday’s Patriots practice.

The update on Mohamed Sanu gave us a scare

This game will be really important for the Patriots as they are still trying to convince everyone that their game is impeccable. The defending champions are plagued with injuries and rumors, but head coach Bill Belichick taught them well. Never ever pay attention to outside stories. That’s what most players do. Stick to their job and score points.

When it comes to scoring points, Brady is really frustrated with the offense. He’d love them to score more, but it looks like New England will have a lot of problems in that aspect. Their offense isn’t the worst in the NFL, but it’s so bad that Brady didn’t want to answer questions in the post-game press conference.

Some analysts believe that the Cowboys will have a good chance to defeat the champions. We don’t really think that their head coach will defeat Belichick. The Patriots head coach has the perfect game-winning plan, and he won’t let Dallas defeat his boys at home. Let’s see what happens on Sunday. Game on, Patriots!
