Dwyane Wade Destroys Haters Who Said LeBron Was Washed Up

LeBron James is playing his best basketball, but there are still haters who call him “washed up king.” Well, former Heat teammate Dwyane Wade and close friend of LeBron can no longer tolerate this.

Wade decided to shoot down the criticism, and addressed LeBron’s critics who keep saying that LeBron is washed up. He isn’t washed up, and the big Dwyane Wade confirms that.

On Wednesday, took to his social accounts to address this criticism.

LeBron and his current teammates have had a really successful start of the season. The 6-1 start is really promising for the team and an excellent motivation for the veteran. King James plays his 17th NBA season, and averages 26.1 points, 11.1 assists and 8.3 rebounds per game.

The King scored only 18 points in the season opener against the Los Angeles Clippers on Oct. 22. It was a loss for the team, and that’s the only loss the Lakers had this season. This was also the only failure LeBron has had so far. Since that game, he has broken the 30-point barrier three times and scored season-high 39 points against the Dallas Mavericks on Friday night. He also had 16 assists, 12 rebounds and four steals.

Dwyane Wade is right

The whole washed-up thing started off last season. His nasty groin injury kept LeBron on the sidelines, and he played 55 games. Although he averaged 27.4 points, 8.5 rebounds and 8.3 assists per game, his absence was responsible for the Lakers’ inability to make the playoffs. LeBron had eight consecutive appearances in the NBA Finals, and he missed last season’s playoffs for the first time since the 2005-06 season. His younger teammates couldn’t win games, and everything went down the hill.

Things will be much better this season. LeBron won’t stop now. Hopefully, he will stay healthy throughout the season. That’s the only way to make the playoffs. Anthony Davis is here to give him a hand. In one occasion, Davis said that the sky is the limit. Of course, they have to stay healthy.

Pretty much everyone agrees that LeBron and Davis make the strongest duo in the NBA at the moment.
