Nick Wright Says LeBron Will Be The 1st To Hit 39K And The Only One For 40K

The Los Angeles Lakers defeated the New Orleans Pelicans, and it was their ninth consecutive win. LeBron James scored 29 points, five rebounds, two steals and 11 assists in the 114-110 win over the Pelicans. Wednesday night was a big night for the king and his teammate, Anthony Davis. King James became the fourth player to score 33.000 points in his professional basketball career. First Things First analyst Nick Wright shared his opinion on LeBron’s achievement and his brilliant career.

According to Wright, LeBron didn’t just become the fourth player to score 33.000 points, adding that he became the youngest player to score these points. LeBron has also been the youngest player for every 1,000 mark. In other words, he will be the youngest player for 34, 35, 36, 38 and 38. Wright is also convinced that LeBron will be the first to score 39.000 and the only person to score 40.000. The king of basketball joined Kareem Abdul-Jabbar, Karl Malone and Kobe Bryant.

Nick Wright is right

This season, LeBron averages 25.8 points, 7.3 rebounds, 1.3 steals and 11.0 assists per game while shooting 49.6% from the floor.

This game was of great importance for LeBron and Davis. They both made history. Davis was “honored” with boos, but he did incredible job in the game. He scored 41 points, and led the team to another win. He also had nine rebounds and three steals, including a key snag off a late Pelicans’ inbound pass to finish the match.

Davis scored 27 points in the first half of the game. He suffered an arm injury, but that didn’t stop him, and the former Pelican finished with 41 points. The most points scored by a player against a former team was 39. Kevin Durant, Stephon Marbury and Danny Ainge score 39 against their teams.

Davis returned to his old city, and he expected this attitude. LeBron warned his teammate, because he went through the same experience. The same thing happened when he returned to Cleveland with the Miami Heat. It was more than obvious that the Pelicans would get mad, but t’s just basketball.
