Report: Patriots Add Ravens Wide Receiver To Practice Squad

The New England Patriots decided to make a few changes to their team, and they started with a wide receiver. The team added practice receiver Quncy Adeboyejo to their practice squad.

Adeboyejo spent two seasons with the Baltimore Ravens, and had a short stint with the New York Jets over the summer. The receiver signed with the Ravens as an undrafted rookie out of Ole Miss in 2017. He played just one regular-season game.

Baltimore waived Adeboyejo the first day of their training camp this summer. They had him on the physically unable to perform list for the entire 2018 season while he was recovering from a leg injury. Adeboyejo will join Patriots wideout Devin Ross on the practice squad.

Mohamed Sanu wasn’t present for practice on Wednesday due to an ankle injury. Phillip Dorsett was a limited participant due to the concussion he had while scoring for the team. Julian Edelman was also limited due to his shoulder injury. Receiver/punt returner Gunner Olszewski was placed on injured reserve Tuesday. Rookies N’Keal Harry and Jakobi Meyers were the only healthy options at this position.

Another receiver to the practice squad

Head coach Bill Belichick will try to upgrade his team for the second half of the season. Quarterback Tom Brady knows that games in the second half are more important. That’s why the Patriots have decided to add new players. We don’t really believe that Belichick will stop here, because he is trying to adjust his team to perfection. It’s a tough and long season, but the Patrios have enough talent to win the big game.

The return of Rob Gronkowski was one of the major issues New England had, because these rumors were off and on all the time. Now we know that Gronk doesn’t even think of returning this season, so the Patriots better not take him into consideration for the rest of the season.

Brady is playing his best football, but he has issues with the offense. He has already expressed his frustrations with the offensive struggles, so hopefully, players will take him seriously. The offense needs to step up the game, and finish the season with better score.
