The New England Patriots will play the Kansas City Chiefs with a complete secondary. Jason McCourty missed two games due to a groin injury. He is healthy now and will be able to suit up for the game against the Kansas City Chiefs. New England will need the best of McCourty, because the Chiefs will arrive at Foxboro with a bunch of offensive weapons. Kansas City will give the Patriots a headache, but McCourty is here to relieve the tension. New England has released the list of inactives for their Week 14 game.
Ted Karras (knee), offensive tackle Korey Cunningham, defensive tackle Byron Coward (head), tight end Ryan Izzo, running back Damien Harris, cornerback Joejuan Williams, and quarterback Cody Kessler were added to the list of inactives.
With Karras out of the fold, James Ferentz is expected to start at center and Jermaine Eluemunor will move
up to get a key
backup role alongside offensive tackle Marshall Newhouse.
Offensive tackle Korey Cunningham was a healthy scratch for much of the regular season.
Cowart is out for the game, so Patriots
have Adam Butler, Lawrence Guy, Danny Shelton and Deatrich Wise in their defensive line. Matt LaCosse and Ben
Watson are the
Patriots’ only active
tight ends despite the fact that
Izzo is healthy.
Harris and Williams have been off and on this season. McCourty’s
is back now, and his return
will put Williams
back to the inactive list.
Jarrett Stidham will back up quarterback Tom Brady. Will he show off his talent? He was incredible in the
preseason, and head coach Bill Belichick decided to make him a backup
quarterback for TB12. But, things changed, and Stidham is making mistakes.
This game will be full of challenges. It started with a problem for the Chiefs. The Chiefs are missing some of their gear, and without this, they will have to forfeit the game to the Patriots. NFL fans have never seen anything like this. Road games are tough, and the Chiefs are getting nervous.
Let’s hope that the
Patriots will win this game. They need this win more than ever. Game on, Pats!
