Watch: Elandon Roberts Makes 38-Yard TD Reception

The New England Patriots are trying to take the lead in the game against the Miami Dolphins. Miami players are giving them a terrible headache, but head coach Bill Belichick still has a few fresh tricks to boost the game of his players. The Patriots offense struggled throughout the season. They were great against the Buffalo Bills, but players didn’t have enough luck in the first half of the season. Elandon Roberts set consistent playing time on offense, and it was more than obvious that Josh McDaniels planned to put the ball in the linebacker’s hands at some point of the season.

That’s exactly what happened. Elandon provided a 38-yard touchdown and tied the game at 17 apiece.

The linebacker ran a wheel route out of the backfield, did his best to catch a pass from quarterback Tom Brady. Elandon broke one tackle and took off down the sideline, outrunning the safety to the goal line.

New England will have to win this game to lock up the No. 2 seed of the conference. Without this win, they will “earn” the wild card weekend. This isn’t the best scenario for the defending champions.

Most NFL experts predict a win for the Patriots, but nobody predicted a tough battle. It looks like the Dolphins won’t give up without a fight. They won’t gain too much with this win, but they may get a chance to destroy the Patriots’ way to the big game.

Brady has one major task, and he will have to lead the team to another win. The Patriots nation trusts him, and players need his skills on the field. This leads us to another question. Will Brady stay with the Patriots for another season? TB12 is set to become a free agent in March, and the team will have to keep him on the roster.

Brady has already bought a home in a different area, and fans have started talking about his future plans. Will the team try to hold the star quarterback on the roster? Brady has to stay healthy to play a few more seasons. How will the GOAT end his career?
