Doc Rivers Knows LeBron James Is Far From Finished

LeBron James is the greatest to ever play the game. He is laying his 17th NBA season, and it’s more than obvious that he still a few extra tricks to show. His debut season with the Los Angeles Lakers was bad, and he suffered a terrible injury. This season is much better. LeBron is healthy and he is winning games. Some said he was washed king, but that’s not true. LeBron still has so much to over. Doc Rivers says the same thing.

A few weeks before his 35th birthday, LeBron averaged 25.6 points, 7.0 rebounds, and 10.7 assists.

Doc Rivers appeared on NBA.com this week and said that LeBron’s decline is years away.

He’s LeBron James. Until he isn’t,” Doc Rivers said.

Dominique Wilkins discussed LeBron’s power in Shaun Powell’s article. According to him, LeBron’s IQ keeps him playing at this level. Wilkins is amazed by the fact that LeBron scores triple-doubles at his age. I mean, he turned 35.

“Nobody knows when it’ll happen to him because he’s still playing in the air,” Wilkins said. “And even when that goes, his basketball IQ will allow him to stay great on the ground. I mean, who gets triple-doubles at his age? Only he knows when his time is up.”

Doc Rivers isn’t the only one

James Worthy had something to say about the new generation of players. He believes that LeBron will wake up one day without “the drive.” He will be tired, and his move or speed will be gone.

“It’s different now, with this generation of players. I was eating Burger King before games and working out on Nautilus machines,” the former Lakers star said. “I went to college with Lawrence Taylor and I remember him telling me, ‘I don’t wanna get hit anymore.’ And he’s a reckless guy. LeBron will wake up one day and he won’t have that drive. He’ll be tired and while physically he’s in such great shape, something will go away, either a move or speed.”

Steve Kerr says LeBron is the best athlete to walk on planet Earth. He isn’t saying that LeBron is the best basketball player. He is saying that LeBron is the best athlete. It’s the best compliment he will ever get. Kerr has never seen anyone like LeBron, and it’s interesting how the king gets out every night and does his magic on the floor.

“LeBron is not only a great player but a physical marvel,” Warriors coach Kerr said of the king. “Probably the best athlete to ever walk this planet. I’ve never seen anybody in my lifetime in any sport whom I would consider a better athlete. It’s one of his best attributes and the one that goes the least noticed. You just take it for granted that he’s out there every night and still doing his things.”

Pretty much everyone knows that LeBron is the GOAT, including himself. He considers himself the greatest for the championship he won with the Cleveland Cavaliers. LeBron has so much to offer, and winning a title with the Lakers is his top priority. He has to win a title to earn the trust of Kobe Bryant’s fans. King James promised to lead Los Angeles to the NBA Finals, and his triple-doubles are the best proof. We can’t wait to see the end of the season. Will LeBron celebrate his title with LA?
