Watch: Fox Airs Clip Of Patriots’ Alleged Spygate Footage

The New England Patriots are caught in the middle of another Spygate scandal. In 2007, the team was embroiled in the Spygate scandal. Jay Glazer was the only media member to get footage of the video that gave Robert Kraft a headache. He aired one part of it, making it available for the public.

Glazer did it again. He was the first media person to get footage of the video that landed Kraft’s team in hot water. The clip aired on the FOX NFL pregame show and there’s a discussion around the video.

The video is from a Bengals’ security employee, filming the footage made by the employees who were there at FirstEnergy Stadium.

The camera crew was employed by Kraft Sports Productions, and New England said they were filming one of the team’s advance scouts for the series “Do Your Job” that highlights the work of behind-the-scenes employees in the past few months.

The camera crew had permission from the Browns to be in the press box to film the Patriots’ advance scouts, who collect information on opponents. This is a position every NFL team has. The crew explained they were getting B-roll, used as supplemental footage.

Patriots head coach Bill Belichick insists that the team is in no way related to the production. The Patriots have already suspended the videographer who recorded the sideline, as confirmed by the Boston Globe on Sunday afternoon.

The league launched an investigation and the Patriots may face penalties. They have already been here, and we can make predictions about the potential penalties. Coach Belichick may be fined with $500,000, the team may lose a quarter million, and the Patriots may lose the first round pick in the 2020 NFL Draft. Haters say that the NFL should ban the Patriots from the post-season, but that’s just too much. Well, things don’t look good for the Patriots, and the only thing we can do is wait and see what happens in the next few weeks. When it comes to the Cincinnati Bengals, they lost the game to the defending champions. It was a 34-13 win for New England.
