Watch: Anthony Davis Skies For Insane Alley-Oop From LeBron

The Los Angeles Lakers keep winning games. Anthony Davis and LeBron James make the best duo in the NBA, and this alley-oop says it all.

LeBron and Davis helped the team defeat the Phoenix Suns on New Year’s Day. The duo pulled out an incredible alley-oop, and Lakers fans went crazy.

Well, Davis wanted more of this. He actually warned the Los Angeles Lakers to be more ruthless after they defeated Phoenix.

Los Angeles had an incredible start of the season. They had an incredible start of 2020. Opening the new year with a win over the Suns. The Lakers had a 74-41 half-time advantage at Staples Center.

Phoenix rallied in the second half of the game. The team won the game, but Davis still had a warning for his team. They can’t repeat that second-half showing.

“You can lose games like that, which is the worst feeling in the world,” the forward said. “You gotta be able to play the same way the entire four quarters. If we’re going to continue to play like that then we’re going to lose games like that. We don’t want to come in and blow a 36-point lead. … When we get leads like that we gotta make sure we continue to play the right way. We started playing a lot of one-on-one, we completely stopped playing defense. They were getting a lot of offensive rebounds, attacking the basket. Nobody was getting open shots.”

LeBron’s team is 27-7 following three consecutive wins. The New Orleans Pelicans are next on their list. Davis will get to play against his former team Saturday. It will be another big game for him. The last time he played his former team, fans “welcomed” him with boost.

LeBron had a word or two with his teammate to help him get over this attitude. The king has already had the same experience. Cleveland wasn’t really happy to have him back. LeBron decided to leave the team for the second time in his career. Fans don’t really accept such decision. But, that’s how things develop in the NBA. Players know what’s best for them
