Antonio Brown Answers Question About Possibly Playing With Tom Brady

Antonio Brown didn’t miss the chance to take a jab at the New England Patriots following their loss to the Tennessee Titans. The veteran wideout implored quarterback Tom Brady to call him and thought it would be nice if he fires a shot at head coach Bill Belichick.

Well, we’re used to see all of this. The Antonio Brown saga isn’t over yet. Believe it or not, Brown is ready for the 2020 season. The NFL has yet to finish the investigation into his case. Brown was accused of sexual assault and rape, but his aspirations to play alongside TB12 are still alive.

“Yeah, I’ll see. I’ll see how it goes,” Brown told Complex. “I’m just looking forward and getting the opportunity to be back out there, you know, get a feel inside it, you know, just want to present myself in the right way.”

Brown played his first nine seasons with the Pittsburgh Steelers. He was sent to the Oakland Raiders in a trade last March. It was a good deal, but Brown never played a regular-season game for the team. He was released, and signed by the New England Patriots.

His time with the Patriots didn’t last long. He was cut after 11 days and one game. The seven-time Pro Bowl selection has high hopes for the upcoming season.

Will Antonio Brown play in 2020?

“Absolutely, I’m looking forward to playing next year,” he told Complex. “Getting the opportunity to continue working on my craft and continue to be a leader in that aspect as well. Hopefully, the NFL will be making a decision here shortly and hopefully I can get back to business and continue to improve. I got my little gym at 84/7 and then having the college kids come over. So I’m getting ready to go.”

Brown is also a four-time All-Pro. The veteran stacked at least 100 catches, 1,200 receiving yards and eight touchdowns each season in the period between 2013 and 2018. He is viewed as one of the best wide receivers in the NFL. In his lone game with Brady, Brown had four passes for 56 yards and a touchdown.

Will Brown ever get a chance to play with Brady? Will he get a chance to play in the NFL ever again?
