LeBron Sends Message to Critics Who Thought Lakers Gave Too Much for Anthony Davis

The Los Angeles Lakers tried to get Anthony Davis last season, but their initial effort was unsuccessful. The New Orleans Pelicans didn’t want to give up on their star player. Sending Davis to Los Angeles would be a wrong move for New Orleans. They didn’t want to help the Lakers build a strong roster. The Pelicans knew that LeBron and Davis would make the perfect duo in the NBA. The second attempt was more successful. Davis was sent to LA in an exchange for half of the Lakers roster.

LeBron and Davis are stronger than any other players in the NBA. The team has played 35 games, and Davis showed everyone that the Lakers did the right thing in the offseason. LeBron is convinced that his team made the right decision. Davis is worth whatever the Lakers gave up on to get him.

The king of basketball took to Instagram to praise Davis and his incredible game against New Orleans. Davis scored 46 points, 13 rebounds, 3 steals and a block. It was a “monster” performance, and LeBron liked every bit of it.

Friday’s game against the New Orleans Pelicans was the second time Davis confronted his former team. He dominated the game. The first time he played the Pelicans, his fans booed him. Davis’ 19 points in the third quarter helped the team defeat the Pelicans. New Orleans couldn’t overcome this lead, and Los Angeles won the game.

Adding Davis was a bold move, and it pays off. The Lakers made a big decision, and his points say it all. The team had an incredible start of the season. LeBron is awesome, and Davis is here to help him win a title. This time last year, Los Angeles had a 21-18 standing and were seventh in the Western Conference. At this point of the 2019-20 season, the team sits atop the conference at 27-8. Things look really well for LeBron’s team, and the players are playing their best basketball. Every player contributes to the success, and they have the perfect chemistry on the floor. Let’s hope they win a title this year.
