Photo: Bill Belichick Showed Up To Senior Bowl Wearing Epic Visor

New England Patriots head coach Bill Belichick was turning heads at the Senior Bowl practice Tuesday. The reason? A pretty hardcore visor.

Belichick was sporting a “VIII Rings” visor which is actually the name of his boat. The boat gets renamed each time Bill wins a Super Bowl. So far, he’s won eight Lombardi Trophies – six with the Patriots and two as New York Giants defensive coordinator.

Check out Belichick’s visor in the tweet below:

For the past three seasons Belichick has been missing Senior Bowl because he was preparing to coach in the Super Bowl. Now, after the Patriots’ AFC Wild Card round loss to the Tennessee Titans at Gillette Stadium, Bill finally has the time to relax.

New England Preparing For 2020 Draft

But he won’t be resting for too long. New England should be busy at the 2020 NFL Draft since it could have as many as 12 picks. So, Senior Bowl is a good chance for Belichick to check out some of the talented prospects in the 2020 draft class.

During the latest Patriots press conference, Belichick was asked how the extra time will affect his approach this offseason.

“We’ll look at that – unfortunately or fortunately, however you want to look at it,” said Bill. “Relative to the 2020 team, we have more time and we’ll try to use that time as productively as we can. We’ll sit back, we’ll take a look at what the priorities are, what we can try to accomplish and then make the most efficient use of this time that we can. That’s what we’ll do. Has all of that been laid out yet? Absolutely not. That will be one of the first orders of business.”
