Photos Emerge From Kobe Bryant’s Helicopter Crash

Lakers legend Kobe Bryant was killed in a deadly helicopter crash in Calabasas Sunday morning as confirmed by multiple reports. Although fans wanted this to be fake news, Yahoo Sports and several other sources confirmed the tragic death.

Bryant spent his entire basketball career for the Los Angeles Lakers. He won five titles prior to calling it a career in 2016. The Black Mamba was named Finals MVP on two occasions and he was league MVP in 2008. Bryant lost his life at the age of 41.

The Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department responded to initial reports of a helicopter that fell into a hillside. The helicopter caught fire as confirmed by NBC Los Angeles. Reports confirm that the crash was called in at 9:47 a.m. local time, and the flames were put out by 10:30. The fire spread a quarter acre, and the fire department found no survivors.

According to initial reports, the helicopter was a Sikorsky S-76. There are no known circumstances, and five people were traveling with the chopper as noted by the Federal Aviation Administration. There’s an ongoing investigation, and it’s confirmed that his wife, Vanessa, wasn’t on board.

The deadly crash

Bryant is survived by his wife and four daughters: Gianna, Natalia, Bianca,and Capri. The baby girl was born in June 2019.

It was a tragic event, and the world is left in shock. Patriots quarterback Tom Brady and wideout Julian Edelman were among the first to write a message, and pretty much every athlete honored the great legend.

Bryant will be remembered for his impeccable talent and great shooting. Although Lakers superstar LeBron James passed him for third on the NBA’s all-time scoring list, the king admits that Bryant had a better shooting.

Nobody expected anything like this. Dying in a helicopter accident at 41 is a nightmare. We are waiting for more details regarding the crash, but no report will ever change the tragic development.
