Report: Tom Brady’s Latest Move Suggests Possible Leaving From New England

The New England Patriots missed the chance to win a Super Bowl again. They lost the wild-card game to the Tennessee Titans, and missed the chance to win a title. Well, head coach Bill Belichick is on to 2020 and the same applies to pretty much everyone in the organization. What about Tom Brady?

TB12 is set to become a free agent in March. Of course, the quarterback left his options open for the upcoming season. He will surely play, but New England may not be an option for the GOAT. Although Brady has spent his entire career with the Patriots, he may play somewhere else. Offensive coordinator Josh McDaniels will stay with the Patriots, and this increases the chances of seeing Brady in Foxboro in 2020.

Brady likes his team, but his return isn’t guaranteed. The chances of TB12 returning to Foxboro took turn in a different direction.

Recent reports confirm that the quarterback and his family moved into their home in Greenwich, Connecticut, and their family suite at Gillette Stadium was cleaned out.

Brady and his supermodel wife Gisele Bundchen put their Brookline, Massachusetts mansion up for a sale during the summer and the current asking price is $33 million. The couple had purchased the Greenwich home with the goal to move in following the season in New England. Although Brady is staying in the region, he is sort of closer to New York than Foxborough and Boston. He started off his career in this area, but that may change now.

Brady has two months before he hits free agency on March 18 and the Patriots have an option to re-sign him until then to keep him around for a while. The team doesn’t want to lose Brady, and it’s more than obvious that other teams will want him.

TB12 said he wanted to explore new chances in free agency. Brady has been linked to the Los Angeles Chargers or Raiders. We don’t have enough material to support this claim, and we will wait for Brady to make a decision. Let’s see what happens in the next few weeks.
