Skip Bayless Makes Ridiculous Claim About LeBron James

Skip Bayless knows how to make a shocking remark, and this time he talked about superstar LeBron James and the Los Angeles Lakers.

The Los Angeles Lakers lost the game against the Orlando Magic, and this loss broke their nine-game winning streak. They played well without Anthony Davis. However, some say this loss was enough for the team to realize that Davis is a key player. That’s what Skip Bayless said.

LeBron scored 19 assists, but this was still  one of the weakest performances of the regular season. The king went 7-19 for only 19 points. This was enough for Skip Bayless to trash the king of basketball.

“[LeBron] last night didn’t exactly help his MVP case, once again, without Anthony Davis,” Bayless said on Thursday. “He continued to close my longtime case that he is just not a closer… once again, I saw no clutch gene from LeBron James in the fourth quarter.”

Los Angeles lost the game by a single point, and LeBron’s talent wasn’t enough to save the game. Bayless used this to spill out his venom.

“Yes, he did tie his career-high in assist… so I’m gonna give him that. But he once again stunk up another fourth quarter that his team needed him to take over.”

LeBron’s game wasn’t the best in the fourth quarter of the game. However, this single game doesn’t really determine LeBron’s style. This loss doesn’t mark LeBron’s character. LeBron has proven that he has the power to take over matches when needed.

In one particular moment, Bayless slammed LeBron on a missed dunk. This doesn’t really happen a lot, but Bayless counts every mistake LeBron makes. The missed dunk was a talking point for Bayless and Shannon Sharpe.

“I gotta go back to that missed dunk because that was all-time embarrassing,” Bayless said.

“[Michael] Jordan never missed a dunk?” Sharpe asked in reply.

“I don’t think Jordan even got blocked by the rim on a dunk,” answered Bayless. “He might have missed it hard, hard off the back iron.”

Bayless doubled down on his comments. Sharpe questioned his facts and the former tight end used the help of his followers to prove Bayless wrong.

LeBron is a great player, and the comments Skip Bayless don’t really mean a thing.
