Watch: LeBron Gives Great Answer When Asked About Possibility of Knicks Drafting Bronny

The hype around LeBron James Jr. has gotten out of control. Reporters are following every step that Bronny takes, making all sorts of speculations and predictions. That’s too much pressure for a 14-year-old boy. After the Los Angeles Lakers took down the New York Knicks in Madison Square Garden, LeBron was asked about the possibility of Knicks drafting Bronny. James said that the family has paid literally no attention to that possibility, pointing out that it’s too early.

Although, it would be interesting to learn how LeBron feels about a team he has never played for drafting his teenage son. However, the possibility of Knicks drafting Bronny is still five to eight years away from happening.

Bronny Under A Lot Of Scrutiny

James Jr., currently starring alongside Zaire Wade at Sierra Canyon High School, has dealt with a lot of scrutiny from fans. One even went and threw a piece of trash at him, after which he was thrown out of the game.

James took to Instagram after the incident to advise his son to always take the high road no matter what happens. The Lakers star also wanted Bronny to know that he always has his back.

“Know I got your back and front throughout it all! I’d die for you and your siblings. Never waver no matter what disrespect, hate, envy, jealousy, etc comes your way! Only push forward and continue to be the great kid/young man/person you are! Love you kid!!” LeBron wrote on IG.

Everyone should just let this 14-year-old kid enjoy his youth. Sure, he’s going to get some added treatment from the media because of his dad, but analyzing his every move is just undignified.
