Lakers superstar LeBron James is getting a new tattoo. This will be a brand new addition to his great collection. LeBron’s body is a temple, and he knows how to take care of it. King James has brought his body to perfection, and these tattoos look great on him. The best part? They all have a meaning. Can you make a guess on the meaning of his new tattoo?

LeBron has so much love for his dearest ones, and you can see it on his body. These body inks are some of the best pieces of art we’ve ever seen, and each design offers an incredible story.

The superstar inked the phase CHOSEN1 on his upper back. It happened in high school right after he appeared on the cover of Sports Illustrated on Feb. 18, 2002. The king was introduced as “The Chosen One” on the cover of the magazine. Everyone read about the kid from Akron and the way he conquered the top.

LeBron James’ new tattoo with a meaning

On his right bicep, LeBron has a Crowned Lion. It was his first arm piece, and LeBron transformed it during his first NBA season. “King” and “James” were inked on the top and bottom respectively.

LeBron’s right calf is decorated with “WITNESS.” The king put the drawing on his leg right after the 2006 playoff. This body ink holds the reference to one of Nike’s projects.

The “330” tat was inked in reference to Akron Area Code. LeBron got it at the start of the fourth season of the NBA.

LeBron’s arms read “What we do in life echoes in eternity.” In other words, everything you do has long term implications. LeBron got this when he returned with a minor injury in March 2010. It’s a quote from Gladiator. If by any chance you don’t know it, it’s LeBron’s favorite movie.

An artist inked “Gifted Child” on LeBron’s chest. It’s written in small letters.

The king honored his mom, Gloria, with a piece on his right arm, right above the Lion Head tattoo. She deserved that and much more.

“Beast,” “Hold My Own,” “Prince James,” “L,” “J,” “KJ1,” “Bryce Maximus, ”Stars,” and “Family” are some of the best tattoos on LeBron’s body.
