LeBron James Claims High School Hoops Needs A Shot Clock

Lakers superstar LeBron James decided to talk about a common topic, and it’s linked to high school basketball. The king of basketball has strong feelings about one rather controversial topic related to high school hoops. The three-time NBA champion took to Twitter to share his take on the problem.

LeBron shared a video of a high school game. According to him, high school teams need a shot clock rule. This rule needs to be enforced as soon as possible.

It was definitely a weird sequence as players on both teams were happy to let the game clock run out. How long did the player keep the ball in his hands? We don’t know. If you go thought he comments on the original tweet, you will realize that this is a common practice in Ohio.

Teams in some states use the shot clock system, but that doesn’t apply to Ohio. According to LeBron, this is pretty different from the basketball he was playing in high school.

LeBron knows a lot about high school basketball

A lot of people reacted to the king’s tweet. Some of his fans proposed a solution to the existing problem. There were people who suggested that the defense should press the ball handler and force some action. Idly watching the whole thing is definitely not a solution. Some fans said that the defending team had the lead at that moment, and this explains their approval.

LeBron doesn’t agree with this approach. He has attended a lot of basketball games and he knows pretty much everything about the game. The Lakers superstar is now focused on his oldest son, Bronny, and his Sierra Canyon high school basketball squad. The kid is doing an excellent job on the floor, and LeBron is really proud.

When it comes to his other priorities, King James is trying to win a title with the Los Angeles Lakers. The team is ready for a three-game road trip, and the Memphis Grizzlies are next on their list. LA stands at a 45-12 record at the moment, and LeBron plays his best basketball. Who will win the big title this season?
