LeBron’s Unreal Diet And Food Habits Revealed By Tristan Thompson

Great athletes pay special attention to their diet, but this doesn’t apply to LeBron James. The Lakers superstar doesn’t really pay attention to all the strict diet rules athletes follow. Tristan Thompson unveiled LeBron’s secret. He talked about LeBron’s unreal diet.

“Ask him what he eats for breakfast,” he told The Athletic. “He has like five french toast, drowns it in syrup with strawberries and bananas. Then he has like a four-egg omelette and then he goes and just f—ing dunks on somebody. It doesn’t make sense.

“He eats desserts with every meal. He’ll come with his one-week diet, vegan crap, but he literally eats like it doesn’t make sense. He’s really a specimen. He eats like s–t.”

Well, LeBron wins games despite his menu. That’s the only thing that matters at the moment. He will lead the Lakers to a title this season.

His weekly workout is insane though.

LeBron promised to lead the Lakers to the playoffs, and he is on a really great way to accomplish that. The king of basketball is about to win his fourth title. He is keeping his promise with this one.
