Los Angeles defeated Denver, 120-116 in overtime. This was their second win in Denver. With this win, the Lakers got a four-game lead over the Nuggets heading into the All-Star break.

After the game, LeBron talked about their success. Every opportunity they get to play in a close game against a tough team gives them experience. It’s like getting a new lesson every time. This game prepared the Lakers for postseason games. LeBron knows that things will go back and forth all the time.

According to him, the game against the Nuggets was actually a playoff atmosphere. The Lakers are No. 1 and the Nuggets are No. 2 in the Western Conference. Denver is ready to take over the top of the conference. But, LeBron and his teammates are also ready to stay on their position.

LeBron finished the game with 32 points and recorded a triple-double. Nuggets guard Jamal Murray led his team with 32 points too. Davis finished the game with 33 points, including two three-pointers in overtime.

Lakers guard Avery Bradley said that both LeBron and Davis were special during the game. That’s what makes them All-Star players. He also added that they are “some of the best players in the NBA.”
