Colin Cowherd Pinpoints Deeper Meaning Behind Tom Brady’s Free Agency

Colin Cowherd has just released another soliloquy about Tom Brady’s free agency. The star quarterback is set to enter the open market later this month. There have been so many stories about Brady’s next move. For most analysts, it would be hard to imagine Brady in a different uniform.

The “Herd with Colin Cowherd” host discussed the topic of Brady’s free agency. According to him, Brady’s next move will actually give us a closer look at his current priorities.

“Where you choose to go in life tells me about what you value,” Cowherd said. “And, so, Tom’s decision — and this is why I think he’s going to stay in New England — is going to tell of us what he values. If he stays in New England, he values winning, he values being coached hard, he values family — the Patriots are his family –and he values culture. If he chooses the Chargers … it will tell you he has moved into a stage where business is pretty close to football. Weather, lifestyle matter — and there’s nothing wrong with that. If he chooses Tennessee, that will tell you friendship matters, with Mike Vrabel.

“So, Tom’s gonna tell us what he thinks. And I would offer that LeBron James has done this. Each time LeBron has moved, he’s told us what he values … There are no right answers for this. This is specifically what matters to Tom Brady at 42-to-43 years old.”

Brady’s free agency confuses fans

Will Brady move his family closer to LA? The Los Angeles Chargers have shown interest in his talent. If Brady goes to LA, he will have better opportunities for his business.

TB12 has a special connection with Mike Vrabel. Signing with the Titans would indicate that he really values friendships.

It’s hard for us to imagine Brady outside Gillette Stadium. He spent his entire career with the Patriots. We can’t really believe that Brady will be interested in leaving his second home. In New England, he will keep working with the best coach. He will have more chances to win games. He will stay home.

Brady is the greatest player to ever play the game and New England needs him. The Patriots need him to win Super Bowls. He has six rings. Why wouldn’t he go after another one? It all depends on head coach Bill Belichick and his star quarterback. Will Belichick give the 43-year-old quarterback a nice deal? Will he let him go?
