Here’s What Robert Kraft Told Dana White Regarding Tom Brady’s Free Agency

Patriots quarterback Tom Brady has earned an army of fans throughout his 20-year career in New England. Patriots owner Robert Kraft is one of his greatest fans, and Dana White belongs to the same group.

The diehard Boston sports fan made a really good story Wednesday. The whole thing started when an Instagram Live video showed the UFC president pitching TB12 on the chances to join the Las Vegas Raiders.

Robert Kraft told Dana White that he wants TB12 in Foxboro

White appeared on WEEI’s “Ordway, Merloni and Fauria,” and talked about the video. According to him, it was taken out of context. He also said that he initially wanted to sell Brady on a return to the Pats.

White also said that he talked to the Patriots owner about this video. Kraft wasn’t really happy about it. During this call, Kraft said that he really wants Brady on the roster.

“I talked to him, I was like, ‘Mr. Kraft, listen to me. If you listen to the entire interview, that is not what I said. What I said first was, ‘I want him to be with the Patriots, and I want him to retire there. And if he doesn’t, if that doesn’t work out, then whatever.’ But I can tell you this: All the Boston fans that are worried about where Tom Brady is going, Mr. Kraft wants Tom Brady to be with the Patriots so bad. I just talked to him today, and Mr. Kraft wants Brady bad.”

Brady’s next move depends on head coach Bill Belichick and his willingness to give him a good deal. Belichick makes decisions and he can easily choose someone else over Brady. That’s what some doubters say. Brady and Belichick have spent two decades winning games, and it would be really awkward to see them wave each other a goodbye.

Brady’s pending free agency has triggered an avalanche of rumors. Some say he will go to Las Vegas. Others are convinced that he is more interested in signing a deal with the Tennessee Titans. Is there any chance for Brady to go to LA? He may even end up with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers.
