Jarrett Stidham Fires Up Patriots Fans With Epic Comment On Edelman’s ‘Foxborough Forever’ IG

The New England Patriots will go through a lot of challenges in 2020. Tom Brady left the organization a week ago. Head coach Bill Belichick will have to replacement for him. Is Jarrett Stidham ready for the challenge? The young quarterback seems to be excited about all the things lying ahead of him.

New England may soon hand over the keys to the offense to Stidham. The fourth-round pick sits on top of the Patriots’ quarterback depth chart now that Brady is gone.

TB12 is no longer a Patriot. Several longtime leaders have decided to stay with the Patriots, and Julian Edelman is one of them. The wideout took to his Instagram account to share his thoughts on the Patriots future. He is more than happy to be part of the team. Stidham popped in the comments section, and Patriots fans went crazy.

Jarrett Stidham is ready

Some may think the Patriots are in trouble as far as their quarterback position is concerned. Two of the team’s veterans disagree. Devin McCourty didn’t really say much about Stidham and his role on the team. However, his twin brother Jason has great expectations from the quarterback.

For Jason, the best thing for Stidham was he had to go against the defense every week. They don’t play easy. Some weeks, the Patriots rookie quarterback was just on point, and those were the team’s best weeks as a defense. Stidham munched on his teammates in practice leading up to the game. Jason really admires Stidham’s work ethic, and he can’t wait to see more of him.

According to Jason, Stidham will stay in New England for quite some time.

The McCourty twins also discussed the acquisition of quarterback Brian Hoyer and its role on the roster. Hoyer was signed Sunday after being released by the Indianapolis Colts. He will begin his third stint with the Patriots. The quarterback was released last year after Stidham snatched the backup QB position behind Brady. Things change a lot during one season, right?

New England will play without Tom Brady for the first time in two decades. It will be a big shot for the Patriots nation.
