Lakers’ Anthony Davis Reveals His Results From Coronavirus Test

The coronavirus reached every country in this world, and over half of million people have it. Over 26,000 people died in the past few weeks, and the situation doesn’t seem to improve. The NBA had to suspend the regular season. This happened after Rudy Gobert and Donovan Mitchel received positive results. The NBA suspended the season indefinitely, and players on every team had to do the coronavirus test.

The original thought was that the NBA suspension would last just a month. It looks like the situation is more serious than that. Several other players tested positive for the virus, including Brooklyn Nets superstar Kevin Durant.

Davis’ coronavirus test returned negative

Lakers players did the test, and two results came back positive. Anthony Davis is “clean.” He talked about the test right after four Nets players received positive results. Davis talked about the procedure and the impact it had on his teammates.

“I knew right away we would probably get tested,” he said. “It’s kind of tricky because some guys, you feel fine and you could have it, asymptomatic. And some guys you have all the symptoms. I felt fine and I felt great. Still do. [At the time] I was like that doesn’t mean I don’t have it. We all showed up and took the test. It was fine.”

Davis received good news. His test returned negative. Lakers players have been under self-quarantine orders for 14 days.

“Davis said his test returned negative. He and teammates have been under self-quarantine orders for two weeks, a period of time that will end on Monday.”

JaVale McGee and Quinn Cook had negative tests, too. We don’t have the names of the players who tested positive. LeBron James is great too. He keeps entertaining his fans with Instagram live sessions. A lot of players have been doing that in the past few days. They answer questions and talk about the topics they like.

The two-week quarantine ends on Monday, but players won’t be able to return to their facilities. Social distancing is really important at the moment, and it saves lives. Players better stay away from each other until the virus is gone.
