NBA Analyst Perfectly Explains Why LeBron James Should Be Named The MVP

Lakers superstar LeBron James has an excellent season. Many say that this is his best season so far. King James is 35, and we have people saying that he is in his primetime. Well, LeBron had a wild weekend, and he helped the Los Angeles Lakers defeat the Milwaukee Bucks and their city rivals. Defeating Kawhi Leonard and Paul George felt really great, and he showed everyone that he and AD make the best duo in the NBA. What about the NBA MVP award? ESPN’s Rachel Nichols believes that LeBron James deserves the NBA MVP honors for everything he has done this season.

According to the analyst, the strength of the argument that the king deserves the award is due to his leadership skills. LeBron is an incredible leader, and he always makes his teammates better players. That’s what makes him so special.

“We have leaned on stats more and more every year… I do think value comes into play with leadership… the fact that he went out and recruited Anthony Davis, that he has made Anthony Davis so comfortable and into the monster he is.”

LeBron James should be the NBA MVP

King James is averaging 25.7 points and a career-high 10.6 assists per game this season. Giannis Antetokounmpo is considered favorite to win the MVP Award, but it looks like LeBron can easily snatch that award. He has put some crazy numbers this season, and everyone knows that LeBron is the best player in the league. His teammates already call him MVP.

However, Giannis always receives different treatment. LeBron was treated unfairly when he was playing in the Eastern Conference. He joined the stronger conference, and Giannis is still a favorite. Well, we believe that these stats will make Giannis’ fans. He lacks the experience. Yes, he may have great talent and awesome numbers, but LeBron leads his teams to titles. He makes his teammates better and also moves the team in the right direction. That’s why the Lakers wanted him so badly.

LeBron and his teammates are closer to a title this season, and hopefully, they won’t have trouble getting it. Let’s see what happens in the next few weeks.
