Watch: LeBron James Presents His Insane Shoe Collection On Air Max Day

Los Angeles Lakers superstar LeBron James has a lot of free time at the moment. He practices self-isolation to help the nation fight against the coronavirus pandemic. He works out all the time, and also uses his free time to hang out with his fans. This time LeBron, the king of basketball, presented his shoe collection on Instagram to honor Air Max Day.

“I usually don’t go through my sneakers like this,” the three-time NBA champion said, “but since it’s Air Max Day, gotta show a pair of Air Maxes.”

Let’s be honest, LeBron has the most insane collection of sneakers out there. He has been a Nike athlete since the Cleveland Cavaliers drafted him No. 1 overall in 2003. King James was 18 at that point. Nike and the Lakers agreed to the biggest deal initial shoe contract in sports history on the day of the 2003 draft. This was a great opportunity for the king of basketball. He was just 18 at that point!

LeBron signed a lifetime deal with the brand in late 2015.

Nike recognizes March 26 as “Air Max Day.” They are celebrating 33 years of successful work.

Let’s not forget that Nike released the foundational Air Max 1 on March 26, 1987.

LeBron has shoe collection for the win

LeBron has been doing a lot of IG live sessions now that his Lakers team is unable to play games.

The NBA suspended the season two weeks ago after Utah Jazz center Rudy Gobert tested positive for the virus.

LeBron and his teammates owned the best record in the West before the suspension. Lakers fans are hoping to watch more games in the summer. Their team had really good chance of winning the title this season.

LeBron is pretty serious about that. He is also serious about his shoe collection. We can’t wait to see more of his collaboration with Nike.

James has been stellar all season for the Lakers. The King was averaging 25.7 points, 7.9 rebounds, and 10.6 assists prior to being suspended.

Let’s see what happens in the next few months. It’s a tough situation for everyone in the nation.
