“Beauty is everywhere,” she said. “And I think when we can see that, it brings us so much joy that it makes us feel more beautiful too.”

Gisele loves nature, and uses her best to contribute to this planet. “Being in the middle of nature brings me such joy and brings me such balance,” she said. “Its energy is so vibrant and positive that anytime I want to be stressed there’s nothing like being in nature.” Gisele is the perfect person to represent Dior’s latest product as 91% of the ingredients they are using are naturally derived.

Gisele was part of the modeling world for quite some time. That life gave her anxiety. Luckily, she was able to regain balance.

“When I was in my early 20’s I experienced panic attacks and I felt like my world kept getting smaller and smaller,” she says. “That was the moment for me that I realized I had to change some of my habits.”

The supermodel pays a lot of attention to the energy in her surroundings.  The food she eats and the people she spends time with affect her life.

Meditation has helped Gisele overcome her anxiety and balance her life. She is focused on the connection between her body and mind. According to her, “all of it is connected.” Gisele is an advocate of meditation. In her book, Lessons: My Path to a Meaningful Life, Gisele writes about this passion.
