Here’s Who Will Coach Patriots QBs And Receivers This Season

The New England Patriots are set to make a few changes to both their roster and coaching staff. Joe Judge left the organization, and the Patriots needed to find someone to replace him. The Patriots made a few changes to the coaching staff. Now we have the names of the coach who will work with Patriots quarterbacks and wide receivers.

Mike Lombardi, the Patriots’ assistant quarterback’s coach in 2019 will replace Judge. Lombardi will work as receivers coach this season as confirmed by Albert Breer of The MMQB.

Jedd Fisch will coach Patriots quarterbacks with offensive coordinator/quarterbacks coach Josh McDaniels. Fisch is one of the team’s new coaching additions.

ESPN’s Mike Reiss was the first to report on this possibility in Sunday’s piece.

Fisch has been part of six different NFL teams and five college programs. Most recently, he worked as  Los Angeles Rams’ assistant offensive coordinator. Fisch will help the coaching staff develop second-year signal-caller Jarrett Stidham. Lombardi tutred him last season.

Former Patriots star Troy Brown was the organization’s unofficial assistant receivers coach in 2019. He kept this role in offseason and contacted wideout prospects at the NFL Scouting Combine. The Patriots have yet to make an announcement on their coaching changes. We don’t know whether Brown will get his official title this season.

A great coach left the Patriots

Judge worked as the team special teams coordinator. He left the Patriots to become head coach of the New York Giants. Cam Achord fills that role as noted by special teams captain Matthew Slater.

The Patriots were set to go through a chaotic offseason. The whole thing started when Tom Brady confirmed his decision to leave the team in free agency. He joined the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, and we’ve already seen him put on a different T-shirt. A Tampa Bay T-shirt.

Belichick is working on his roster, and he will have to replace a bunch of players. New England lost several great names in free agency.

The Patriots head coach masters the NFL draft, and we believe that he will return with his hands full of talent. New England needs a lot of talent for the upcoming season. They are playing without TB12, remember?
