Jemele Hill Reacts To Justin Rohrwasser’s Iffy Social Media Activity

The New England Patriots drafted Marshall kicker Justin Rohrwasser in Round 5 of the 2020 NFL Draft. NFL fans and media members have paid close attention to Rohrwasser’s activity and tattoos. Jemele Hill spoke her mind on the Patriots’ latest pick.

Rohrwasser’s social media accounts are full of posts and “likes.” It was easy for fans to start talking how Rohrwasser supports far-right groups and ideology. Let’s not forget that the kicker has tattooed the logo of the Three Percenters. If by any chance you don’t know who they are, they are far-right militia movement and paramilitary group that advocates for gun ownership rights. They are also focused on limiting the Federal Government’s involvement in local affairs.

During the introductory conference call with media members, Rohrwasser said he got the tattoo when he was a teenager, adding that he will soon cover it. He did not say anything about his social media activity though.

The Three Percenters are trying to separate themselves from racism. They attended the Aug. 2017 “Unite the Right” rally in Charlottesville, Va. Their “National Council” made a “stand down order,” saying, “We will not align ourselves with any type of racist group.”

Rohrwasser’s activity confused fans

The Twitter thread points out to the kicker’s controversial social media activity. You can see posts and likes that mark him as a passionate conservative. Rohrwasser looks like someone who occasionally aligns himself with far-right groups. This includes the Three Percenters, of course.

In several posts, you can see Rohrwasser showing support for United States President Donald Trump. There’s also a contempt for those who took a knee to protest racial and social injustice in the country. Rohrwasser has also downplayed the severity of COVID-19, and shared an interesting take on the works of popular Psychologist Jordan Peterson and philosopher Ayn Rand. What does this say about him?

Jemele Hill is definitely not a fan. Remember how she criticized Patriots owner Robert Kraft for supporting Trump’s campaign in 2016? According to her, Rohrwasser is a “white supremacist.”

Hill isn’t the only person to criticize the kicker. We believe that Rohrwasser will try to fix his reputation.
