Lakers Player Reveals How LeBron and AD Are Ensuring Team Remains Fit

The only thing NBA players should do at the moment is stay home and work out inside the house. LeBron James and the Los Angeles Lakers were in the middle of a brilliant season but the situation got pretty serious and the NBA decided to suspend the regular season. So, the situation is pretty nasty, and everyone is forced to stay home. LeBron does his workout, and stays fit. So do his teammates. Danny Green is one of them. He joined the Lakers in 2019.

In a recent convo with Spectrum SportsNet’s Chris McGee, Green talked about his quarantine life. He also talked about LeBron and his efforts to keep his players fit.

Green said that the Lakers are “a close-knit bunch,” which makes them an excellent unit. The Laker talked about the team’s activity on their social media group. Green stated how they like to share memes and do fun stuff. According to Green, the Lakers have a special bond.

LeBron is serious about staying fit

The two-time NBA champion also said it’s a challenge for everyone to maintain their shape in these hard times.

“Bron is checking in on guys, AD is checking in on guys to make sure they have access to a gym or not.”

Green also noted that LeBron and Anthony Davis also ask the players who live nearby to visit their place and work out. Some players don’t have a personal gym at home. They also don’t have a gym in the area. That’s why King James and Davis decided to help them get a decent workout. They all have to work out and get ready for the potential return of the season.

When it comes to LeBron’s workout routine, Green said that “he is working out with his son like a madman. At least four to five times a week.”

Green also discussed the current season and the situation. Sort of. According to him, “It will be a tough pill to swallow if they cut cancel this season.”

A lot of teams are trying to win a championship, so it will be a real battle for everyone. Let’s see what happens next in the NBA.
