Shannon Sharpe Destroys Dennis Rodman For Saying He Could Easily Guard LeBron James

Dennis Rodman is no fan of LeBron James. According to one of the greatest defenders of all-time, LeBron has no moves. Rodman said LeBron’s game was too easy, and this didn’t sit well with Shannon Sharpe.

In the discussion, Sharpe listed Kawhi Leonard, Paul George, and Draymond Green to prove that LeBron has actually confronted and defeated great players.

“This is bulljive! Let me tell you what LeBron did against some other great defenders. Iggy won Finals MVP and LeBron averaged 36-13-9. Against Draymond over 4 Finals, LeBron is 33-11-9,” Sharpe said, and noted that “Dennis Rodman is out of his mind, which he probably was when he made that statement.”

Dennis Rodman made a mistake about LeBron

Rodman has won five NBA titles. He has had great success with the Chicago Bulls. Rodman played with Michael Jordan and Scottie Pippen. He was convinced that Pippen could shut down LeBron quickly before he got to him.

Rodman played for the Lakers in 1999. He said that LeBron is just big, adding that size is the only thing LeBron has. The five-time champion said that he has played against taller and heavier players. LeBron’s size didn’t scare him.

Rodman seems to forget that LeBron has had great success with the Los Angeles Lakers. King James has put his team on top of the Western Conference. LeBron has led his team to the top and he won’t go home without a title. LeBron leads the league in assists. His assists have helped his teammates score points. We’ve all noticed that LeBron has the power to make his teammates better players. Rodman ignores this. Many analysts agree that LeBron would have 50-point nights in the Jordan era. He is bigger than most guys that played there. His game is better than the game players had back then.

The NBA has to make a decision on the future of the season. The season was suspended as a result of the coronavirus pandemic. LeBron is getting ready for his next title. He’s been playing his best basketball this season. He is surrounded by really great players this time.
