Tom Brady Is Getting Destroyed For New Bucks Trademark Fillings

Tom Brady filed applications for two Tampa Bay trademarks, and he gave people a ground for the perfect pun. The newly signed Tampa Bay Buccaneers quarterback didn’t think that his application would draw this much criticism. But it did, and Twitter exploded. There were too many jokes on this one.

The six-time Super Bowl champion reportedly submitted twice to the United States Patent and Trademark Office to commemorate his contract with the Bucs. In a video from Josh Gerben, who made his own trademark law firm, we can see that Tom Brady’s Company, TEB Capital Management, filed trademarks for TOMPA BAY and TAMPA BRADY. It looks like the former Patriots quarterback plans to use these on his clothing.

Twitter blasts Tom Brady over his new trademark application

For many NFL fans, Tompa Bay sounds more like how a British would pronounce the home city of the Bucs than it does homage to TB12 himself. Tampa Brady is a bit more clear, but too many people cringe over that one, too. Well, we believe this attitude won’t make Brady change his mind. Brady made a decision a few weeks ago, and he is really proud of his move.

Brady left the New England Patriots after two decades. It took a lot of courage to do something like this, but Brady has that and much more. The former Patriots quarterback earned the right to change his life completely. He won six Super Bowls with the Patriots and wanted to do something about himself. That’s what helped him come this far. TB12 is proud of his decision, and he will probably encourage other players to do the same. But, first, he should go through this blasting. Some fans don’t like the Tompa Bay thing.

TB12 signed part of the application, expressing interest in using the trademarks for commerce. In this way, we can see Tompa Bay or Tampa Brady-branded shirts in the near future.

Brady has built a name for himself, and he likes where the whole thing is going. He has switched sides, and we will see him put a different uniform. That would be a sad sight, but hey, Brady is happy with it.
