Tom Brady Reacts To Rob Gronkowski Joining Bucs

Things look really great for Tom Brady and Rob Gronkowski. The star quarterback signed a thick deal with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers and he has just received one of his best weapons back. Brady and Gronk won three titles together. They can easily win their fourth. Seeing Gronk come out of his retirement brought joy to most NFL fans. But the Patriots nation was disappointed to learn that Gronk is joining the Bucs. Fans hoped to see him back with the Patriots. Gronk had different plans.

His agent, Drew Rosenhaus explained that Gronk really loves the Patriots and respects his former head coach and the team owner. But reuniting with Brady is the biggest challenge he could ever get. Gronk likes challenges, and he will enjoy every bit of this one.

The Patriots trade Gronk and a seventh-round pick to the Bucs in return for a fourth-round selection.

TB12 took to his Instagram account to share the big news. He shared an old video of him and Gronk, and let’s just say that Patriots fans feel bad. This video looked a lot different a year ago. Brady and Gronk were celebrating a win with the Patriots back then. Now they are celebrating a reunion. In Tampa.

Tom Brady and Rob Gronkowski will win more games together

Gronkowski announced his plans to retire right before the start of the 2019 season. He spent eight years with Brady and the Patriots. During his tenure with the team, the star tight end was a three-time Super Bowl champion, five-time Pro Bowler and four-time first-team All-Pro selection. If you are into statistics, you probably know that Gronk was able to catch 521 passes for 7,861 yards and 79 scores.

Brady’s favorite target sustained too many injuries. Gronkowski stayed at the sidelines in 29 games in his pro career and 13 games in his last three campaigns as a Patriot. The tight end stacked double-digit touchdown receptions in five of his first six pro years. He recorded a total of 14 touchdowns in the seasons between 2016 and 18.

Seeing Gronk reunite with Brady is more than brilliant. Brady is super excited. Gronk feels the same way. What about their former Patriots teammates?
