The entire country is under lockdown and everyone is staying home. Schools don’t work and parents have to homeschool their children. What’s the best way to do that? Reading and watching educational programs. Patriots wideout Julian Edelman is here to help you with the bedtime stories. Kids like to listen to your bed stories, and Lily is no exception. New England posted a link to their social accounts directing fans to videos starring Edelman, teammates, and cheerleaders reading stories for children. What’s Edelman reading? The wideout was reading his own book, “Flying High 3” to his daughter Lily.

“We got a lot of time right now here in quarantine,” Edelman says in the video’s introduction. “Let’s get some reading done.”

Flying High 3 is project designed by Edelman and his business partner Assaf Swissa. It’s the latest installment of the successful “Flying High” children’s book series. This is Edelman’s fourth book. He signed Flying High, Flying High 2, and Relentless.

Flying High 3 is really awesome

Flying High 3 follows the story of Jules the Squirrel and his adventures at the beach. Jules spends a lot of time with his animal friends. Tom the Goat stays hard at work. The squirrel learned that there’s no time and room for rest while trying your best to achieve the dreams.

Keep in mind that Edelman is called “the Squirrel” by his teammates. He got his name for his speed, size and tenacity. Edelman has shared this incredible story with families. Jules the Squirrel will remind you of the wideout and his time on the field. Flying High 3 takes place in a beach setting. Edelman chose he beach to pay homage to California.

According to Edelman, Flying High offers stories that illustrate the benefits of hard work. Hard work has helped Edelman reach such great results.

“Read for the Record” recognized Edelman as Literacy Champion. This organization is dedicated to raising awareness about the critical importance of early literacy and reading.

Kids love this book, and we bet you, adults, will love it too. Thank you, Edelman, for the great piece!
