Daryl Morey Makes His Pick Between LeBron James And Michael Jordan GOAT Debate

Michael Jordan and LeBron James are commonly mentioned in the GOAT debate. A lot of pundits have taken part in this discussion. Every athlete on planet Earth has talked about this. They all have a different opinion. There are also fans who say that Kawhi Leonard is the best. Others mention the name of Kobe Bryant. Well, it’s more than obvious that the discussion will never end. But, it’s always good to hear all the opinions. Houston Rockets general manager Daryl Morey took part in the discussion. Who’s the best basketball player of all time.

Daryl Morey makes a point

Jordan has won six titles. LeBron has three. However, Morey added another detail to the discussion. He appeared on ESPN LA’s Mason and Ireland talk radio show and talked about it.

“People love to talk about this. For sure LeBron is the greatest human to play basketball. That’s not even a question, but it’s not even fair to Michael Jordan to say that. LeBron is years later and the game has evolved. And every athlete is pretty much better than the athletes were 30 years ago. If you put MJ in the league now, that would be an interesting discussion but if you just want to say who is the best human to ever play basketball, I think it’s pretty obvious.”

Many have said that LeBron is the “greatest human to play basketball.” He also cited advancements in players’ bodies. We have discussed this in so many different occasions. Players are stronger, faster, and better. The game has advanced a lot.

LeBron and his Los Angeles Lakers player sit on top of the Western Conference. When and if the season resumes, the Lakers will be ready to win the title. They are ready to go after the title. The Milwaukee Bucks are right after the Lakers. But, LeBron and his teammates are ready to defeat their rivals. Giannis Antetokounmpo won’t win the big game this season.

But, we will have to wait for the season to resume. NBA teammates will soon be able to return to their practice facilities. The Lakers will enter their facility next week. Hopefully. But the Golden State Warriors won’t be able to do that until the end of May.
