Nick Wright Makes Prediction On Patriots’ 2020 Regular Season

The New England Patriots will enter the 2020 season, and Nick Wright has a theory about it. Wright made a really bold prediction about the Patriots’ season, and fans will love every bit of it.

Wright is a diehard Kansas City Chiefs fan. He is also a vocal Patriots hater. However, he set his interests aside and projected the AFC situation for 2020. The New England Patriots will have a new starter, and they have a rough regular-season schedule. The Miami Dolphins are first on their list. We all know what that means. The “First Things First” host said that head coach Bill Belichick and his team will hit the 12th consecutive AFC East title in 2020. This was a rather bold claim from the Chiefs fan.

“I do not have them starting off great. I have them actually starting off 4-6 because I think those first 10 games are very tough,” Wright said on FOX Sports 1. “But that final six, when the Patriots tend to be peaking, you’re home for Arizona — Arizona goes west to east — then a very interesting setup where you go to the West Coast to play the Chargers, then on Thursday night you face the Rams in the same city. The Rams the previous week are actually on the road, so they will be traveling for their Thursday night home game and the Patriots won’t be. You’re then in Miami and then home games against the Bills and Jets. I think the Patriots go 6-0 at the end of the year and that’s how they end up winning the division away from Miami and Buffalo.”

Nick Wright is right

Wright may be right. Head coach Belichick is confident about his roster in 2020. He didn’t select a quarterback because he has one. Second-year quarterback Jarrett Stidham is an excellent addition to Belichick’s winning formula.

Belichick, McDaniels and the rest of the coaching staff will lead the Patriots to a new chapter. It won’t be easy, but the Patriots have already been through some hard times. This won’t be an exception. it’s time for a big challenge, and the Patriots can do it all. Game on!
