Patriots’ Devin McCourty Shares Heartbreaking Post About Death Of His Daughter

New England Patriots safety Devin McCourty has been a key player for the team, but he is going through a nightmare and this includes his daughter.

The Patriots safety delivered a message to his daughter. McCourty took to his Instagram account to share an emotional post to explain everyone that his wife’s pregnancy ended up with a still birth.

McCourty and his wife are going through a real mess right now and this is one of the worst tragedies he has had in his life.

“I’ve seen and felt God in so many ways in this last week. 1st was holding my 3rd child Mia and telling her I love her and then telling her see you later … all in one day,” McCourty posted to his Instagram account. “2nd has been leading such a strong and powerful woman @dr_yimac32 … her strength has brought me to tears but also inspired me to be what God has called me to be. 3rd Gods love on earth has been shown to us by unbelievers friends and family who have checked on us daily, and hourly. Thank you everyone for your love and prayers”

Devin McCourty and his wife are devastated after the death of their daughter

McCourty also shared a message from his wife, Michelle.

The broken mother explained that their baby had been born with the umbilical cord around its neck. It didn’t breathe or move. Doctors couldn’t explain why did this happen. It just did.

The couple held their baby in the blanket, and it looked just like their other kids. It was beautiful, as Michelle wrote.

This is the most devastating story ever. We can’t really imagine the pain these two live with at the moment. They will wake up every day with the thought that their baby is gone. They will go to bed with the thought of its death.

McCourty and his Patriots will enter a highly anticipated season, but he is confident about the team’s success. He will work with a different quaterback, and the Patriots are more than ready for every challenge 2020 throws at them.
