Report: Chris Paul Could Join LeBron James And The Lakers

Chris Paul and LeBron James can easily play together, and their reunion can make people laugh.

LeBron and Paul have been really great friends since the latter entered the NBA. Many thought that LeBron would help Paul score more points.

But, for many different reasons, the duo hasn’t been able to team up thus far. Both of their careers are entering the final stage, so the big clock seems to be ticking for the ‘Banana Boat’ buddies.

Will Paul and LeBron help the Lakers win games? Davide Tovani reported that the Thunder would be more than excited to “amnesty” CP3 to push away his contact.

“Enter the Oklahoma City Thunder, which, despite the unexpected season they are having, would gladly get rid of Chris Paul’s untradeable contract, that sees him still owed $41 million next season and $44 million the following one. This year they have the third-highest payroll in the league, with no real chances at the championship. Through the amnesty clause, OKC could free up massive cap space to carry on his rebuilding and free more playing time for his young players.”

Chris Paul and LeBron James can win games together

Paul really came back the clock this season with averages of 17.7 points, 4.9 rebounds, 6.8 assists, and 1.6 steals per game on 48/36/90 shooting, smashing the odds to lead Oklahoma to a playoff berth and earning yet another All-Star nod at age 34.

The Los Angeles Lakers have been sitting on top of the West, and they were almost winning the best title in the past. LeBron and his teammates made their way to the top, and the king promised to win a title with the team. He helped everyone win a game. He made himself a better player.

LeBron helped his team climb to the top, and most of his teammates are grateful. “He’s probably one of the most coachable dudes that I have been around in the sense of how he approaches the game and wanting leadership,” Jefferson said.

LeBron and the Lakers will have the chance to approach the top. They will have a chance to win a title this time.
