Ben Simmons in Eye-Opening Workout Video With LeBron James

The mandatory workouts will begin in less than two weeks. NBA teams are getting ready and players have been working on their skills. Ben Simmons joined forces with LeBron James, and their workout video is impressive.

The 76ers All-Star missed the last eight games before the suspension in March due to a nerve impingement in his lower back. In this video, we can see him do amazing dunks during a workout session with LeBron. His trainer, Chris Johnson, shared the video to Instagram.

NBA teams won’t see real action until July 30. Simmons’ status will probably remain uncertain by then.

“My opinion, and this is not confirmed yet, is that we are going to be able to inch him back into this,” 76ers coach Brett Brown told Sports Illustrated’s Chris Mannix. “Is he going to be 100%? I don’t expect that. But I think he is going to be available.”

Ben Simmons and LeBron James are ready for the NBA return

The 76ers will have to overcome the buzzer-beater Game 7 loss to the Toronto Raptors in last season’s playoffs. They are tied for the fifth-best record in the East with a 38-26 record. Philadelphia didn’t have much success away from home this season as they went 10-24 in that part of the season. Playing on a neutral court may shut down their hopes for a deep playoff run.

LeBron and his Los Angeles Lakers dominate the West. The king has a really good chance to win his fourth title. He is on his third team, and the Lakers need this title more than ever. The team hasn’t made the playoffs in a long time, and Kobe Bryant’s retirement put an end to their title run.

In the 2018-19 season, LeBron and the Lakers couldn’t win a title because of the poor chemistry among players and the horrible injury LeBron sustained on Christmas Day. Things look a lot different now, and LeBron is going after his next championship win. He has been working with Anthony Davis, and together, they can do wonders. Let’s see how will the league’s best duo finish the season. With a title?
