LeBron James, Lakers Full Schedule Revealed for 2020 NBA Restart in Orlando

The Los Angeles Lakers have the full schedule for the 2019-2020 season restart. The NBA announced the remainder of the season schedule, and the Lakers better get ready for their city rival. July 30 is an important date, and that’s when the Lakers play their first game. LeBron James, Anthony Davis and the rest of the team will confront the Los Angeles Clippers at 9 p.m. ET. The Lakers will appear on national television for at least seven of these eight games.

  • Saturday, Aug. 1: vs. Toronto Raptors, 8:30 p.m., ESPN
  • Monday, Aug. 3: vs. Utah Jazz, 9 p.m., ESPN
  • Wednesday, Aug. 5: vs. Oklahoma City Thunder, 6:30 p.m., ESPN
  • Thursday, Aug. 6: vs. Houston Rockets, 9 p.m., TNT
  • Saturday, Aug. 8: vs. Indiana Pacers, 6 p.m., TNT
  • Monday, Aug. 10: vs. Denver Nuggets, 9 p.m., TNT
  • Thursday, Aug. 13: vs. Sacramento Kings, TBD

The Lakers and 21 other NBA teams will play eight regular-season games in Reunion, Florida, the home of the ESPN Wide World of Sports Complex which is set to host the games in three different venues.

The NBA suspended the regular season due to the increased number of coronavirus patients in the country. Basketball stars will finish the season in a bubble in Walt Disney World.

Everything points to the fact that the Lakers are frontrunners to win the title. They have won the top in the West, and they are really trying to win the top of the NBA.

The Lakers have the schedule for 2020

King James and his teammates will play seven of their eight contests against teams with a 39-26 record or higher. This gives LeBron a chance to win the NBA MVP award. Giannis Antetokounmpo is also in the run.

LeBron is averaging 25.7 points, 7.9 rebounds and 10.6 assists per game with the Lakers. He heads the league in assists, and Anthony Davis leads the team in points.

Antetokounmpo is averaging 29.6 points, 13.7 rebounds and 5.8 assists per game for a 53-12 Bucks team.

Avery Bradley won’t join the Lakers, and the team will have to come up with a different plan.
