LeBron James Steps Into the Spotlight in New Space Jam 2 Fan Poster

Los Angeles Lakers superstar LeBron James will hit the spotlight again with a new fan poster of Space Jam: A New Legacy. In the 1996 film Space Jam was led by Chicago Bulls legend Michael Jordan. MJ joined forces with the Looney Tunes to confront the Monstars on the big court.

Jordan and the Looney Tunes, along with the Grammy-nominated song “I Believe I Can Fly” made the film a favorite project of the ‘90s. The Lakers superstar is leading the sequel, and he did some shooting for the Space Jam 2 last summer.

LeBron’s project has really great standings and they have also revealed the new logo in April. The film will be officially released on July 16, 2021. LeBron and the Looney Tunes will be the main stars in the film. Don Cheadle and Sonequa Martin-Green are also there. Malcolm D. Lee signs as a director and Ryan Coogler signs as producer and co-writer. We don’t know much about the sequel, but this fan-made poster is actually giving us a glimpse into the project. We definitely love it!

LeBron James is ready for Space Jam 2

In a new Instagram post from BossLogic, we can see a brand new poster. It features LeBron in front and center in the iconic Tune Squad basketball equipment. Tweety is right there on his right shoulder. The leader of the Monstars from the original Space Jam is in the background and he has spikes on his head.

The image really gives us the perfect Space Jam vibe. It has the three iconic elements of the NBA legend, the Looney Tunes, and the evil Monstars. The sequel will have the same premise as the very original. However, we don’t know much about the story and its changes. In his most recent post, BossLogic explains that he hopes the sequel has the “same feel as the first.”

LeBron promised to make a big deal and he is on a good way to make something great. MJ was his childhood idol, and taking part on this sequel is the biggest sign of that. LeBron is the king of basketball and he is doing an excellent job.
