New England Patriots cornerback Stephon Gilmore earned the highest Madden rating. The superstar joined the Madden NFL ’21 “99 Club.” The reigning Defensive Player of the Year has the highest rating possible, and this is just another great achievement for Gilmore.

This rating was more than great news for the Patriots nation. The way Gilmore found out makes everything even better. His gorgeous wife, Gabrielle, joined forces with a Madden film crew to make the big surprise. When the cornerback arrived home, his daughter, cute Gisele, ran to the front door with a “99” necklace around her neck. “Daddy, 99 club,” the girl said, as Gilmore picked her up. What did his son do? Sebastian said, “That’s almost 100.” Gilmore couldn’t hold his laughter.

This was a pure family moment, and Gilmore was more than amazed. He reflected on how far he has come, and it’s amazing. This is one of the many achievements he has in his professional career. “Wow. Who would have known? A little kid from Rock Hill,” the cornerback said.
