LeBron James Buys 13,000-Square-Foot LA Mansion Listed at $39 Million

Los Angeles Lakers superstar LeBron James is well adjusted to life in LA, and now he has a new mansion. The four-time NBA MVP has expanded his real-estate portfolio. The last thing he added to the list was a new luxury mansion in Beverley Hills.

According to Matthew Blake of The Real Deal, LeBron’s 13,000-square-foot mansion costs whooping $39 million. How impressive is that? Well, he is the king of basketball, and he is about to win another title.

The house was previously in ownership of The Bold and the Beautiful co-creator Lee Phillip Bell. It has “seven fireplaces, a pool house, lighted tennis court and a screening room.”

LeBron has another luxurious LA mansion

This is not the only LA mansion LeBron owns. He has already bought two houses in the Los Angeles area. He has a $23 million newly-built home in Brentwood. The Lakers superstar bought the home in 2017 right before inking his deal with the franchise.

The mansion has pretty much everything a superstar like LeBron needs. It’s packed with a private movie theater, an onyx bar and a cigar room. Oh, yes, LeBron equipped it with a fancy air-purifying technology. Fit for a king? You can bet it is.

The eight-bedroom property is impressive in every meaning of the word. Four of the bedrooms have an en-suite. The master suite is organized with dual bedrooms. It also has a fansy walk-in closet and a private patio. LeBron’s luxury mansion has 11 bathrooms in total. They are all decorated with modern fittings and marble.

The kitchen is the dream of every chef. It has French oak and marble flooring. The king has a lift to use whenever he feels like enjoying his time on the rooftop terrace.

King James has an office to look after his businesses and deals. He seals some really impressive deals in that office.

In 2015, LeBron got himself a 9,440-square-foot property for $21 million.

At the moment, King James is getting ready for his season with the Lakers. They are about to travel to Orlando, Florida. Hopefully, he will come back to LA with a title.
