LeBron James Reacts To ESPN Suspending Adrian Wojnarowski

Los Angeles Lakers superstar LeBron James is one of the many athletes to share his opinion on ESPN and their decision to suspend NBA reporter Adrian Wojnarowski. The network suspended Woj without pay for the email he sent to a United States senator earlier this week.

Wojnarowski used the “f” word in his email response to the US Sen. Josh Crawley. The Missouri senator had sent a letter to NBA Commissioner Adam Silver. In his letter, Crawley criticized the league for the relationship with China.

LeBron and other NBA stars supported Wojnarowski following the suspension. The four-time NBA NFL tweeted about Woj from the Orlando bubble on Sunday night.

Thousands of people supported LeBron in just 10 minutes. It looks like a lot of fans and celebrities share his opinion.

LeBron James has a message for ESPN

Wojnarowski offered a public apology for the email earlier this week. He took to Twitter to apologize for his words.

“I was disrespectful and I made a regrettable mistake,” Wojnarowski wrote on Twitter. “I’m sorry for the way I handled myself and I am reaching out immediately to Senator Hawley to apologize directly. I also need to apologize to my ESPN colleagues because I know my actions were unacceptable and should not reflect on any of them.”

ESPN has yet to comment the suspension, but they have already reacted to Wojnarowski’s email.

“This is completely unacceptable behavior and we do not condone it,” the statement read. “It is inexcusable for anyone working for ESPN to respond in the way Adrian did to Senator Hawley. We are addressing it directly with Adrian and specifics of those conversations will remain internal.”

Wojnarowski is one of the biggest reporters in the nation, and seeing LeBron stand by his side doesn’t come as a surprise. LeBron’s tweet only makes us understand that the reporter has all the respect in this world.

LeBron and his team have arrived in Orlando and they are ready for the season resumption. According to reports, 22 teams have made the cut, and they all have high hopes for the NBA resumption. Will LeBron and his team win the title?
